Zusammenfassung

VF Corp is seeking an expert SAP Planning & Procurement resource to join our Global SAP ERP team in Ticino, Switzerland. You will own end-to-end SAP Planning and Procurement solutions, driving blueprints, standards and governance across regions and brands.

You will translate complex business requirements into SAP S/4HANA designs for fashion and retail, lead the demand-supply netting, and guide cross-functional decisions through a large-scale transformation with a clean core approach.

Qualifikationen

• Solid SAP experience across planning, logistics, procurement, availability, allocation, or order fulfilment.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Fashion & Retail and S/4HANA Fashion.
• Hands-on expertise with Supply Assignment, Advanced ATP, Backorder Processing and inventory pooling.
• End-to-end procurement knowledge and cross-functional design ownership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, clean core principles and large-scale transformations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in English.

Are you an expert in SAP Planning & Procurement? VF Corp is looking for an exceptional SAP Planning & Procurement resource to join our Global SAP ERP team.

You will be central to our SAP S/4 transformation and continuous improvement agenda, enabling globally consistent planning and procurement capabilities.

You will serve as global solution owner for the Planning and Procurement domain, supporting SAP projects across regions and brands while promoting industry best practices, SAP standard capabilities, and the clean core strategy.

How You Will Make a Difference

• You will own the end-to-end SAP Planning and Procurement solution domain - including the global blueprint, design principles, standards, roadmap, and governance across projects and regional rollouts.
• You will lead the planning and procurement workstream throughout the full project lifecycle - from discovery and design through build, testing, training, deployment, go-live, and hyper care.
• You will drive cross-functional design decisions - evaluating solution options, managing exceptions, and ensuring adherence to global best practices, SAP standards, and clean core principles.
• You will partner with business and technology stakeholders - including Digital Technology teams, enterprise architects, product owners, and system integrators - to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.
• You will communicate solution direction, risks, and decisions clearly to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every level.
• You will translate complex business requirements into effective SAP S/4HANA process and solution designs, with clear traceability to business outcomes.
• You will apply expertise in SAP S/4HANA for Fashion and Retail to support demand and supply netting, seasonal buy, inventory pooling, and omnichannel fulfilment.
• You will design and govern Supply Assignment and Advanced ATP scenarios that preserve demand priorities, optimize inventory allocation, and support business-specific sourcing and fulfilment strategies across channels and locations.
• You will ensure robust integration across demand and supply planning, procurement, inventory management, order fulfilment, warehouse operations, and external planning platforms.

What do you need to succeed?

You have a solid understanding of Planning & Procurement in the fashion, retail industry - processes, priorities, audience challenges and preferences - with proven experience in translating these into solution served for SAP S/4HANA.

• Solid and proven SAP experience across planning, logistics, procurement, availability, allocation, or order fulfilment - including substantial delivery experience in multinational SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Fashion and Retail, including S/4HANA Fashion, with a solid understanding of apparel, footwear, or consumer products processes.
• Hands-on expertise in Supply Assignment, Advanced ATP, Backorder Processing, Supply Protection, Temporary Assignment, inventory pooling, and demand and supply netting.
• Strong end-to-end procurement knowledge, including purchasing, inventory management, and integration with planning and fulfilment solutions.
• Demonstrated solution ownership experience - including defining standards, managing a roadmap and backlog, and supporting cross-functional design decisions across a global domain.
• Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, clean core principles, modern integration patterns, and large-scale transformation programmes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills - with professional fluency in written and spoken English is required.
