Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in Pricing, Costing, FP&A, Commercial Finance or related analytical function.

• Lead seasonal product costs, sales price lists and margin analyses across EMEA markets and channels.
• Maintain and improve pricing files, templates and analytical tools with data accuracy.
• Coordinate timely implementation of Wholesale and Retail prices in SAP.
• Perform product, country, channel and currency analyses to identify margin opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, Sales to collect inputs for pricing decisions.
• Develop recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses; contribute to automation of pricing and costing processes.

VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Senior Analyst, GTM Pricing, Costing and Margin (Temp Contract 9 months) to join our EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As a Senior Analyst, GTM Pricing, Costing and Margin, you will play a key role in seasonal price setting, product costing and margin analysis across multiple EMEA markets and channels.

You will independently manage pricing analyses and processes, develop robust analytical tools and provide actionable insights to support profitable and commercially sound pricing decisions.

• lead the preparation of seasonal product costs, sales price lists and margin analyses across EMEA markets and channels
• maintain, own and improve pricing files, templates and analytical tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• coordinate the timely and accurate implementation of Wholesale and Retail prices and pricing conditions in SAP
• perform product, country, channel and currency analyses to identify margin opportunities, pricing inconsistencies and potential risks
• partner with Merchandising, Finance, Sales and other key stakeholders to collect inputs and support seasonal pricing decisions
• develop recurring reports and ad-hoc analyses to provide clear and actionable insights, while contributing to the continuous improvement and automation of pricing and costing processes

Skills for Success

You should be highly analytical, detail-oriented and commercially minded, with strong business acumen and the ability to independently manage complex analyses and translate data into actionable business recommendations. We are looking for someone with:

• fluency in English, both written and spoken
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
• high attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
• a collaborative mindset and good interpersonal skills
• ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively address challenges
• interest in the Apparel and Footwear Industry
• experience with SAP, Power BI or other analytical tools would be considered an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in Pricing, Costing, FP&A, Commercial Finance or a related analytical function
