We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Principal Product Manager to join our dynamic Product Management team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our workflow capabilities, a critical area for enhancing user experience and platform adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and other product teams, to deliver innovative workflow solutions that address complex customer needs and drive significant business value.

Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for Board's workflow capabilities, aligning with the overall product roadmap and company objectives.
  • Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, considering market trends, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and technical feasibility.
  • Requirements Definition: Lead the gathering and definition of detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for workflow features, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate effectively with Engineering, UX/UI Design, and other product teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap, from concept to launch.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), to understand their needs, gather feedback, and communicate product updates.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Own the entire product lifecycle for workflow features, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Performance Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of workflow features, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the workflow management space.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
  • Academic Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products, preferably in the enterprise software space.
  • Deep understanding of workflow management concepts, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence, planning, and analytics solutions is a plus.
