You will define architectures tying Genesys Cloud, AI services, data platforms and third‑party technologies. You will lead architecture workshops, guide delivery teams, and contribute reusable assets while mentoring consultants.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in solution architecture or enterprise software delivery with AI focus.
• Hands-on familiarity with Genesys Cloud or CCaaS/CPaaS platforms.
• Proven track record deploying AI-powered solutions in production environments.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture patterns (AWS/GCP/Azure) and integration technologies (REST/GraphQL, event streaming, security).
• Experience leading architecture design sessions and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Define end-to-end AI solution architectures for customer programs. Design integrations between Genesys Cloud, AI services, enterprise applications, data platforms, and third-party technologies.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical design sessions with customers and guide implementation teams.
• Design AI use cases including virtual agents, copilots, knowledge systems, and analytics. Define data requirements and governance considerations.
• Advise customer technical stakeholders and present technical recommendations to architects and IT leaders.
• Contribute reusable assets, reference architectures, and best practices; mentor consultants; support presales activities.
• Typical scope includes large customer implementations and major deployments.
