EMEA Field Product Specialist Electrophysiology We are looking for an EMEA Field Product Specialist to drive the clinical adoption and effective use of both existing and emerging technologies across the region. In this role, you will support healthcare professionals, accelerate the successful introduction of new solutions, and help translate marketing strategies into impactful field execution.

Objectives of the position

• New Products (NP) Clinical Strategy Development and Deployment Create success in the adoption of NP and maximization of its usage since the launch.
• Establish relationship with NP users and Key Opinion Leaders across EMEA to link NP usage with the newest clinical strategies, especially for AF treatment.
• Work together with Clinical department to ensure a good clinical and scientific impact of NP based on current KOL usage of system and catheters.
• Work closely to Marketing (EMEA, NPM, Global Marketing) and R&D to support smooth introduction of new technologies.
• Support WW Clinical Marketing team in identifying critical-to-success clinical claims, and work on clinical claim validation.
• Implement marketing strategy in the field, with special focus on critical-to-success product’s application Ensure full and clear understanding and deployment of those strategies by the local clinical teams to obtain clinical application of BW products and development of therapy adoption rapid and strong.
• Work closely to the local Clinical Managers & Clinical Specialist to maximize utilization of CARTO™ 3 Systems and new technologies with focus in the AF arena.

Navigation/AF KOL management

• Establish a strong relationship with all EMEA KOLs.
• Meet CSS working with KOLs to better define support and clinical advice to/from KOLs labs.
• Ensure a strong communication within EMEA on the most recent AF treatment options with our technologies.
• Maximize KOL’s CARTO™ 3 and new technology adoption in AF treatment.
• Represent together with the others CDM the Clinical HUB within EMEA.
• Ensure a strong and productive Communication.
• Maximize assigned Territory Utilization per system.

Other Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, life Science or Business adiministration 3-5 years' experience in the Electrophysiology Field in clinical role, preferentially with sales and marketing experience Extensive traveling across EMEA is required (~50% time) Include estimated travel, whether or not weekend travel/work may be required.
• Technical and clinical skills in Electro-Physiology: basic clinical understanding and deep product knowledge allowing to support EP cases, understand new product needs, and convey information to different audiences (field organizations, customers).
• Analytical thinking: systematic gathering, organizing and synthesizing of relevant information.
• Strong project management experience in managing expectations of internal and external partners, including gathering deliverable requirements, and supporting business request.
• Customer and Marketplace: desire and ability to anticipate and address the needs of customers (internal or external) through timely program/project implementation.
• Communication/Presentation skills: ability to effectively explain, describe, and convey information in a variety of formal and informal presentation settings.
• Teamwork/Collaboration: intention and ability to work effectively with others toward shared goals.
• Ability to manage team of Product manager(s).
