Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise storage architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong customer-facing architecture, consulting, or presales experience.
• Deep knowledge of S3 object storage, buckets, APIs, data protection, and integration patterns.
• Experience with NFS/SMB and file storage protocols.
• Experience sizing storage based on capacity, performance, growth, network, and app requirements.
• Proven ability to plan, configure, execute, and troubleshoot POCs.
• Understanding of AI and analytics data pipelines (AI inference, RAG, data lakes).
• Ability to discuss storage within data flow, lifecycle, governance, and application consumption.
• Knowledge of storage performance (throughput, latency, IOPS).
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Architect and document enterprise-scale file and object storage solutions.
• Analyze customer data flows and workloads to guide storage design.
• Size storage environments for performance and scalability.
• Lead hands-on POCs validating performance and integration.
• Design storage for AI inference, RAG, analytics, and data lakes.
• Explain data ingestion, storage, processing, protection, and governance to customers.
• Provide feedback to product and roadmap teams based on customer needs.
• Support presales engagements and provide technical guidance to sales.
