Job summary

HeadsQuarter in Zurich is seeking a Workspace Manager to take full operational ownership of a premium location and serve as the primary on-site contact for Members and guests, upholding the service standards HeadsQuarter is known for.

You will build genuine Member relationships, monitor occupancy, support renewals and upsell opportunities, lead day-to-day operations, coordinate external partners, manage access and data in internal systems, and help prepare events. Start date Jan 2027.

Qualifications

• Years of experience in front office or related service roles.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Autonomy in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of one premium HeadsQuarter location.
• Be the primary on-site contact for Members and guests, upholding HeadsQuarter's service standards at every interaction.
• Build genuine relationships with Members, know their names and milestones, and create thoughtful surprise moments within an allocated budget.
• Monitor vacant offices, support Member retention and renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring cleanliness, order, and a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Coordinate and manage external partners (cleaning, technical services, maintenance, etc.).
• Manage access control, mail handling, data maintenance in internal systems, and ordering processes.
• Know and follow escalation protocols in case of a crisis or incident.
• Support the preparation and execution of internal and external events.
