LimmaTech Biologics AG in Schlieren near Zürich seeks a Preclinical Project Manager (80-100%) to coordinate non-clinical studies and support vaccine development from planning through reporting. You will manage GLP studies with internal teams, external collaborators, and CROs, while tracking timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.

Competenze

• Master's degree in biology, microbiology, immunology, toxicology, or a related life sciences field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in preclinical research, project management, or vaccine development.
• Experience with outsourced studies, CROs, and external partners in vaccine development.

Mansioni

• Coordinate non-clinical studies and support vaccine development from planning through reporting.
• Manage non-clinical research and GLP studies with internal teams, external collaborators, and CROs.
• Plan, coordinate, and track preclinical projects, including timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Analyze, interpret, and present preclinical data from immunological and functional assays (ELISA, OPA, SBA, multiplex assays).
• Prepare preclinical documentation (protocols, study reports, toxicology reports) and contribute to regulatory documents.
• Coordinate communication with external providers and internal stakeholders across functions.
• Organize study logistics and sample management for in vivo and in vitro studies.
• Maintain preclinical databases, inventories, and study materials for data integrity.
• Support assay development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with vaccine regulatory requirements, quality standards, SOPs.
