Tasks

We are offering a postdoctoral position for a talented and highly motivated scientist interested in studying interactions between metallodrugs and cells. This work involves a variety of biochemical and cell biological techniques. The position provides a unique opportunity to collaborate across disciplines with multiple research groups at the University of Bern and Inselspital.

Your profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who has recently completed (or will complete within the next three months) a PhD in a relevant life science discipline. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, and curious, with a strong interest in addressing complex scientific questions. A solid background in cell biology is highly desirable.

The full-time position starts in September 2025 and is initially funded for one year, with the possibility of extension. Salary is based on the guidelines of the University of Bern.
