University of Basel in Basel, Switzerland seeks a dedicated postdoctoral researcher to lead an interdisciplinary project at the interface of leukemia biology, tumor immunology, and cellular metabolism.

You will design and perform mechanistic experiments, including in vivo leukemia models, metabolomics, CRISPR screens, and single-cell analyses; mentor PhD/MSc students; and contribute to manuscripts and grant proposals. Fluency in English and strong collaboration are essential.

Formación

• PhD in cancer biology, immunology, molecular biology, hematology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with in vivo mouse tumor models, ideally hematological cancers.
• Strong background in tumor biology and/or immunology; English proficiency.
• High-quality first-author publication and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Design, perform, and interpret mechanistic experiments, including in vivo studies.
• Establish and adapt experimental approaches as required and mentor students.
• Analyze and present scientific data; contribute to manuscripts and grant applications.
• Develop collaborative projects and participate in meetings and seminars.
