Qualifikationen

• PhD in computer science, computational biology, or related quantitative field.
• Deep biological knowledge in natural products and metabolism.
• Strong programming in Python and Rust.
• Experience with analysing biological data and challenges of sparse data.
• Familiarity with biological ontologies and pathway resources.
• Motivation for academic research and collaboration.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience fine-tuning large AI models for domain-specific tasks.
• Contributions to open-source projects or publicly available research code.
