Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking Search Engine Customer Expert to join our international team in Greece. You will provide high-level user support, analyze search queries, and guide users through complex technical issues across phone, chat, and email channels.

Fluency in French and strong English communication are essential, as is the willingness to relocate to Greece. Prior customer support experience is advantageous, and you will stay updated on search engine policies

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English for corporate communication.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for this role).
• Prior experience in a Customer Support Services role is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities
