Location: Zug, Switzerland (hybrid model)

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop the long-term portfolio strategy for local brands McCormick and Butty in Herbs & Spices (H&S) and Baking categories.
  • Lead the brand portfolio optimization, renovation, and innovation from idea to market across the EMEA region.
  • Establish conclusions, recommendations, and short- and long-term action plans.
  • Contribute to growth initiatives across categories like H&S, Baking, Ethnic Food, and Sauces.
  • Analyze market data and performance metrics (Nielsen) with transversal knowledge of categories, brands, and competitors.
  • Initiate new business development projects such as partnerships and collaborations with the H&S Brand Manager.
  • Participate actively in business reviews with distributors and partners.
  • Work closely with the H&S Brand Manager, acting as deputy when needed.
  • Be an active member of the European Marketing community.

Candidate Profile

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with a marketing focus.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role; FMCG experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, persuasive ability.
  • Ability to build relationships in a matrix, cross-functional, multicultural environment.
  • Responsible, proactive, results-driven, hands-on mentality.
  • Organizational skills and meticulous work approach.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
