The World Economic Forum in Geneva seeks a Policy Lead for the Global Regulatory Innovation Platform (GRIP). You will build and lead a cross-cutting frontier technology and regulatory innovation workstream, partnering with the Centre for Frontier Technologies and Innovation and other technology initiatives to shape governance for transformative technologies.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10+ years of experience at the intersection of technology, public policy, regulation or law.
• Advanced degree in public policy, law, economics or related field.
• Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder projects or platforms at global or regional level.
• Strong understanding of frontier technologies and governance implications (quantum, AI, biotech, robotics, autonomous systems).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and execution of a new frontier technology and regulatory innovation cross-cutting workstream within GRIP.
• Define long-term strategic vision, priorities and roadmap.
• Serve as liaison between GRIP and the Centre for Frontier Technologies and Innovation and industry teams.
• Identify opportunities to integrate regulatory thinking early in technology development and programme design.
