The World Economic Forum in Geneva seeks a Policy Lead for the Global Regulatory Innovation Platform (GRIP). This temporary role runs through May 2027 and partners with the Centre for Frontier Technologies and Innovation to shape regulatory approaches for emerging technologies.

You will convene global leaders, draft policy frameworks, and deliver practical regulatory solutions with governments, regulators, industry and academia across sectors.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years at the intersection of technology, public policy or law.
• Advanced degree in public policy, law, economics, IR, or regulatory affairs.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong understanding of frontier technologies and governance implications.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages an asset.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of a new frontier technology and regulatory innovation cross-cutting workstream within GRIP, defining vision and roadmap.
• Lead the creation of high-quality policy frameworks, reports, white papers and playbooks.
• Build a robust multistakeholder community engaging regulators, governments and industry.
