Job summary

Indivi is a TechBio company enabling precision and personalised medicine in neuroscience research. We are growing and seeking a Product Manager for Platform Operations to drive performance, execution, and roadmap scale.

You will own end-to-end delivery, optimize cross-functional execution, and ensure decisions are guided by data, user needs, and commercial priorities. This is a high-autonomy role shaping the product as it matures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years as a Product Manager owning a mobile app or a web product, with data/metrics-driven roadmap decisions and delivery optimization.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams (Sales, BD, Customer Success, etc.).
• Certifications in Agile/Scrum are a plus; familiarity with medical software standards is advantageous.
• English fluency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Process Excellence — Map end-to-end product and delivery workflows, identify friction points, and drive resolution.
• Data-Driven Decision Making — Define core metrics, build visibility, and base roadmap decisions on data.
• Outcome-Driven Roadmapping — Prioritize by measurable outcomes, align with OKRs, own end-to-end prioritization.
• Commercial Partnership — Collaborate with Business Development and Clinical Operations to translate priorities into product decisions.
• Requirements & Execution — Translate solutions into product requirements and user stories, coordinating with engineering.
• Compliance Integration — Align processes with quality management systems and regulatory standards.
• Autonomous, Action-Oriented Execution — Act independently, surface issues, propose solutions, and move forward.
• User & Stakeholder Feedback — Run interviews, usability tests, and collect signals to ground decisions.
