Job summary

Nexthink, the leader in digital employee experience management, seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Platform group to shape the foundations powering AI‑driven capabilities.

You will work on simplifying the platform, integrating AI to guide setup and insights, and collaborating with platform PMs, architects, and feature teams to deliver scalable, open, modular solutions for IT teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management within enterprise software or complex SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to structure ambiguous problems and connect trade-offs to value.
• Proven ability to engage credibly with enterprise IT teams and translate concepts into outcomes.
• Clear, concise, and structured communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Professional-level English, spoken and written.
• Global, cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape Nexthink’s next-generation platform to enable AI-powered experiences.
• Identify opportunities where AI/automation simplifies configuration and management for IT teams.
• Collaborate with platform PMs, architects, and feature teams to design reusable components.
• Define platform outcomes, abstractions, and trade-offs across engineering, data, and product priorities.
• Translate long-term technical initiatives into a clear product vision, roadmap and impact.
• Anticipate cross-domain dependencies and manage prioritization for reliability.
