Alprose in Caslano, Switzerland, seeks a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations of the production site and to lead a team of about 60 across production, supply chain, quality, and technical services. You will drive safety, quality, efficiency and stability while pursuing continuous improvements and collaborating with group plant managers on site development.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, a hands-on mindset and fluency in English and Italian.

As the Plant Manager of Chocolat Alprose, you oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our production site in Caslano. With strong leadership skills and guided by our code of conduct, you act as a role model and motivate your team to achieve the production and quality targets of the company.

You empower people to excel, ensuring that all safety measures are consistently followed. Your area of responsibility covers around 60 employees working in production, supply chain, quality assurance, technical services and product management.

In a dynamic chocolate manufacturing environment, processes evolve constantly. You easily adapt to changes, maintain an open mindset and proactively look for opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and stability across production lines. You collaborate with other plant managers within the group and contribute to business development, supporting the evolution of the site’s core competencies, including special productions and product innovation.
