Jobbeschreibung

For one of our clients, a well-renowned pharmaceutical company of the Neuchâtel area, we are currently seeking a Plant Process Engineer. The mission would be starting beginning of August, for an initial duration of 6 months.

As a Plant Process Engineer, you will provide technical expertise to support and continuously improve production systems of the site, ensuring compliance with cGxP standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned equipment and systems (e.g., bioreactors, filtration, chromatography, CIP/SIP).
  • Lead/support equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Support cross-functional projects and participate in audits.
  • Contribute to the Takeda Obsolescence Program.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree (Biotech, Chemistry, Mechanical, or related).
  • 7+ years in Pharma/Biotech (process, engineering, or manufacturing).
  • Experience with commissioning/validation of process equipment.
  • Knowledge of cGxP, GEP, FDA, ISPE, ASME/BPE standards.
  • Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and hands-on capabilities.
