Job summary

The FCC project’s Scheduling, Planning & Resources Office at CERN in Geneva seeks a collaborative contributor to help plan, organize and use project information. You will gain hands-on experience in how a project of this scale comes together and grow your skills in data handling and coordination.

You will engage across teams to document requirements, help develop workflows, and support resource planning while ensuring data quality and usability for complex, international projects.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional experience since graduation in the relevant field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; PhD not permitted.
• Strong interest in learning and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with teams across the FCC project to understand, gather and document scheduling, planning and resource-management requirements.
• Help develop and improve tools and workflows used to plan resources.
• Support resource planning and tracking to ensure project information is complete, consistent and up to date.
• Map and analyse processes to identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve efficiency.
• Work with structured project data to improve quality, consistency and usability.
