Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated individual for Planner Reliability, Maintenance Methods to efficiently organize and oversee activities within the Maintenance and Metrology team. You will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and communicating tasks to ensure smooth operations. This position also involves developing performance metrics and acting as a backup for other roles within the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for all Maintenance and Metrology-related matters.
  • Gather and share important information with relevant departments.
  • Attend planning meetings and coordinate schedules for maintenance activities.
  • Create and manage detailed schedules for regular and annual maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor daily progress and make necessary adjustments to plans.
  • Develop and track performance indicators to improve team efficiency.
  • Maintain internal documentation and manage administrative tracking tools.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field such as Maintenance, Business, or Information Management.
  • Experience in planning within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with international regulations and best practices.
  • Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Strong skills in organizing, planning, and time management.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in IT tools like MS Office and project management software.
  • Fluency in French and English.
