Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education or comparable qualification in industrial production.
• Experience analyzing and resolving process and quality-related issues.

• Ensure stable and efficient production operations in the photolithography area.
• Perform and support process verifications, qualifications, and releases.
• Analyze and resolve process deviations and support investigations related to quality issues.
• Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and training materials.
• Organize and conduct training sessions and certifications for production employees.
• Support process changes, equipment projects, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Initiate and follow up on ZBA, SCR, and NMR processes, and support CAR and ECR activities.
• Participate in CIP/KVP, 6S, and safety initiatives.
• Participate in shop floor meetings and on-call duty.
