Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education (e.g., Microtechnician, Electronics, Automation, Chemical, Process Technician) or equivalent production experience.
• Experience in analyzing and resolving process and quality-related issues.
• Ability to create and follow technical documentation and SOPs.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
• Good German language skills; English a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain stable and efficient production operations in the photolithography area.
• Support verifications, qualifications, and releases per requirements.
• Analyze deviations and support investigations into quality issues.
• Create work instructions, process documentation, and training materials.
• Participate in CIP/KVP, 6S, and safety initiatives.
• Support on-call duty rotation.
