Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a Project Manager, Supply Chain Transition, to oversee the end-to-end coordination and execution of the Rotkreuz to Basel relocation and packaging artwork update. The role drives a compliant, controlled transition with inventory planning, regulatory adherence, and cross-functional collaboration across Swiss sites and external partners.

You will manage depletion strategies, phase-in/phase-out activities, and risk mitigation to ensure uninterrupted supply while maintaining strict

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
2+ years of project management or supply chain experience in a complex, cross-functional environment.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, inventory planning, warehousing and distribution.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for the Rotkreuz to Basel move and address change.
Develop inventory transition and depletion strategies for impacted products.
Monitor regulatory timelines and ensure compliance with Swissmedic deadlines.
Manage coexistence of old and new artwork to avoid non-compliant inventory.
Lead cross-functional alignment across SC, Regulatory, Quality, Commercial, Finance and external partners.
Prepare management reports on compliance readiness and inventory risk.
Coordinate relabeling activities with 3PL when required.
Ensure supply continuity and risk mitigation during the transition.
