Manpower Switzerland seeks a Senior Business Process Expert (BPE) for External Manufacturing Operational Excellence in Basel, Switzerland. The role links global process standards with local site execution in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You will drive SAP S/4HANA-enabled processes, master data governance, and end-to-end supply chain improvements while engaging stakeholders across functions. A 12-month contract with extension is possible.

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level role requiring extensive pharmaceutical supply chain and manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience in ERP-enabled process transformation and master data governance.
• Ability to drive process harmonization, governance, and global template adoption.

• Drive global process adoption at site level and align with global operating models.
• Lead standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Global Business Capability Owners, Data Content Owners, Master Data Specialists, SMEs, and Super Users.
