Leister Technologies AG, headquartered in Central Switzerland, seeks a Process Expert SAP Manufacturing, Planning and Quality to lead the global S/4HANA transformation and optimize production, planning, and quality processes.

You will bridge business and IT, drive standardization, and coordinate with Group IT and external partners, shaping end-to-end SAP solutions and ensuring successful rollouts and continuous improvement across the value chain.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solutions in an industrial setting.
• Deep knowledge of production planning, materials planning, and quality management.
• Experience leading transformation or implementation projects.
• Ability to reconcile differing interests and drive change.
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

Aufgaben

• Shape and define the future process landscape in Manufacturing, Planning, and Quality globally.
• Develop harmonized end-to-end processes and ensure successful implementation as part of the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Coordinate collaboration between the business, Group IT, and external implementation partners.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage projects, resources, and requirements within your area of responsibility.
• Oversee system rollouts, testing, and go-live activities to ensure a smooth transition to the SAP landscape.
• Promote knowledge transfer and empower key users and business units to handle future processes and systems.
