Work Selection AG, a first-tier partner to Roche Basel, seeks a Business Process Expert (BPE) for Master data of CMO on a 12-month temporary assignment in Basel. The role sits between global standards and local site execution, driving process alignment and data governance with SAP S/4HANA and related systems.

Interfacing with the Global BCO Center of Excellence, the BPE will harmonize local master data practices with global designs, manage SOPs, and enable efficient site operations across

Qualifikationen

Must have 8+ years in pharma, supply chain, or manufacturing.
Functional expert within team with above-average process experience.
Proven change leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA master data and related modules.

Aufgaben

Drive global process changes and alignments at site level with local requirements.
Provide site-specific requirements to global process designs for fit-for-purpose solutions.
Coordinate with BPEs, SMEs, and Super Users to discuss ideas across processes and systems.
Lead governance and adoption of global process standards and frameworks.
Support design harmonization and end-to-end process optimization for site data.
