Roche in Basel seeks a reliable and motivated Business Process Expert (m/f/d) to drive master data processes for CMO. You will act as a change agent, aligning global design with local SOPs and collaborating with Data Content Owners and Master Data Specialists to ensure timely and accurate master data deployment.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma or manufacturing, hands-on SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and APICS/SCOR or equivalent certification.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in pharma, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• APICS/SCOR certification, or equivalent experience.
• English language is a MUST

Aufgaben

• Act as a change agent to drive global process changes and alignment at the site or local level, partnering with DCOs and MDSs.
• Support site-specific data analysis, analytics, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the execution of processes remains aligned with the global design.
• Lead revision, alignment, and retirement of local SOPs.
• Contribute to creation and revision of Global Standard Processes (GSPs) and networks.
• Support SAT review and execution.
