We are looking for an open-minded and committed nursing professional for a well-established nursing home in long-term care.

Position:

Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann and Stv. Abteilungsleitung (60-80%)

Responsibilities:

1. In collaboration with the department head, you will be responsible for the professional and personnel management of the staff.
2. You will provide professional support and guidance to trainees and nursing staff.
3. You will ensure the quality of care at all times and optimize the care process as needed.
4. The workload can be chosen between 60-80%, depending on your preference.

Requirements:

1. You have completed training as a nursing professional (Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF).
2. If you hold a foreign diploma, SRK recognition is required.
3. You have experience in long-term care and either a leadership training or the motivation to complete one.
4. You describe yourself as empathetic, thoughtful, and cooperative.
