Tasks
CEO Support:
- Assist the CEO in a wide range of tasks, adapting to varying needs on any given day.Serve as the CEO's primary point of coordination and support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Handle personal and professional delegations from the CEO, showcasing discretion and efficiency.
- Make informed decisions in the CEO's stead during his unavailability, acting on broad directives.
- Represent the CEO in diverse scenarios, translating his vision and directives into actionable results.
- Ensure a smooth flow of information and communication between the CEO and all relevant parties.
Versatility & Adaptability:
- Adapt to a rapidly changing environment, proactively anticipating the CEO's needs and acting accordingly.
- Engage in problem-solving across a myriad of scenarios, from high-level corporate issues to day-to-day challenges.
- Seamlessly shift between varied tasks, ensuring timely completion and excellence in execution.
General Assistance:
- Provide support across all facets of the CEO's life, including but not limited to professional commitments, personal errands, and unexpected challenges.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities, meetings, and events as directed by the CEO, ensuring impeccable organization and outcomes.
Requirements
- Swiss residence
- Fluency in English, French
- Proficiency in German
- Excellent driving skills for long trips
- A track record of excelling in dynamic and challenging roles that demand flexibility and adaptability
- Adeptness in multitasking and prioritization
- An ingrained sense of discretion, confidentiality, and judgment
