Job Description
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones

  • Organise national and international travel logistics

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents

  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations

The Successful Applicant
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Personal or Executive Assistant role

  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Discreet, service-oriented, and proactive

  • Able to work autonomously and manage shifting priorities
