Position Summary

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance media strategies across various digital channels. This role requires a data-driven mindset and a strong understanding of online marketing tactics to drive customer acquisition and retention for Nespresso Switzerland, on both B2C and B2B, in alignment with the full funnel strategy.

A Day in the Life of a Performance Marketing Manager

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital media channels.
  • Draft clear and concise campaign media briefs.
  • Implement CRM targeting strategies to effectively exclude or target audiences, improving results on digital media touchpoints.
  • Manage annual budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) on performance media spend.
  • Provide SEA results on a weekly basis to the e-commerce team to track website traffic performance & provide the product team with results on promotions and activations.
  • Implement innovative product feed formats to enhance visibility and sales on our products and create product sets when necessary.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, acquired in an agency or within a consumer goods or premium brand environment.
  • Experience with managing and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Proven expertise in Smart Bidding Strategies.
  • Strong understanding of eContent Strategy in Media.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Full Funnel Strategy.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams & manage multiple projects.
  • Fluent in English & French
