Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd. based in Basel area seeks an HR Services Specialist to provide first-level HR support and manage employee life-cycle processes. You will liaise with HR partners, maintain data accuracy, and support payroll activities in a dynamic multinational environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR Administration, strong communication, and a client-focused mindset, with English fluency and a willingness to work on-site in Allschwil/Basel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Administration in a multinational environment.
• Applied knowledge of European Labor Law, social insurance and tax system is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented, accurate, and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; additional European language is a plus.
• Home office possibility for up to 2 days per week.

Aufgaben

• Provide first level HR support to employees on administrative questions such as time and absence management.
• Administer employee life-cycle: onboarding, transfers, exits.
• Draft employment contracts and amendments with input from HR Partners/Directors.
• Ensure work permits are requested on time and liaise with authorities.
• Prepare employment confirmations and reference letters.
• Maintain HR data in systems with high accuracy and quality.
• Scan and file HR documents in the Digital Dossier system.
• Coordinate with HR Partners, payroll and other stakeholders.
• Support payroll monthly processes and HR projects.
