Zusammenfassung

KPMG Switzerland seeks a People & Change (Assistant) Manager to join their dynamic team in Zurich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, consulting, and a passion for connecting technical and people aspects during transformations. The role involves supporting clients with change initiatives, leading workshops, and fostering trusted relationships while driving impactful change management strategies.

Qualifikationen

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in consulting/change/project management.
  • Strong understanding of IT trends in transformation programs.
  • Excellent English skills; German or French is an advantage.

Your contribution to KPMG
  • Experience supporting and navigating complex change management programs in business and digital transformations (HR, ERP, CRM, procurement transformations)
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder needs during transformations and transactions
  • Comfortable leading workshops and coaching executives, management, and project teams
  • Developing and closely following a detailed Change Management plan integrated with project management
  • Building trusted client relationships by tracking and demonstrating the benefits of change management
  • An empathetic individual with a passion for connecting the technical and people sides of change
This is what makes you successful
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, technology, or similar
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in consulting/change/project management within change or transformation programs, with understanding of IT trends
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Confidence, a point of view, and influence through knowledge of Change Management methodologies
  • Experience working with international clients
  • PROSCI certification or equivalent is a plus
  • Excellent English skills; German or French is an advantage
