Zusammenfassung

Successions Technologies, Inc. seeks an on-site FinTech Integration Engineer for full-time work with a partner private bank in Geneva or Zurich.

You will sit with the bank and bridge operations between Successions and a sophisticated wealth-management environment. You will shadow advisors, document workflows from opening to settlement, map friction points, and translate insights into product requirements for the Successions team.

Qualifikationen

• 4 to 8 years of experience in private banking operations, wealth management, estate planning, or related field in Switzerland or comparable jurisdiction.
• Direct experience with a Swiss private bank, family office, or wealth management firm preferred.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Shadow wealth advisors, relationship managers, and estate planning specialists on live cases with bank permission.
• Document workflows end-to-end across asset classes, jurisdictions, and client profiles.
• Map friction points and identify top design problems to address.
• Translate operational insights into structured product requirements for the team.
• Participate in weekly product reviews and document feedback.
