Finastra, based in Baden, Switzerland, seeks a Technical Application Manager to lead client-facing projects in mission-critical banking environments. The role requires strong Linux, automation (Ansible), and SWIFT/ISO 20022 know-how, with on-site hybrid work two days a week and occasional on-call rotations.

You will coordinate across Development, Project, and Support teams, deploy interbank applications, and contribute to documentation and onboarding improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or Economics/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Solid technical integration experience in Linux/Unix production environments.
• Real-time processing experience in banking/payments is preferred.
• Proven track record delivering client-focused projects in financial services.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a client-facing technical lead for existing and new clients with strong communication.
• Drive timely completion of internal and external technical projects within budgets.
• Execute deployment and configuration activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enforce project standards and provide progress reports to the Head of Projects.
• Coordinate across project and support teams for smooth handovers.
• Lead problem solving for technical issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and improve onboarding procedures.
• Provide second-level support using Jira in UAT and Production.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and participate in standby/on-call rotations.
• Utilize Zabbix for monitoring to ensure platform stability.
