Teoxane Laboratories, founded in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2003, specializes in hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and dermocosmetics. We are seeking a patent-focused analyst to support R&D projects, analyze landscapes, and draft patent-related documents in French and English.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and ongoing training in patent law. Fluency in French and English is required, with Geneva-based employment preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed or ongoing Master's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Patent law training (CEIPI “brevets d’invention” or equivalent) ongoing, planned or completed,
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigour and strict confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patent landscape analyses and report to the R&D teams.
• Support the preparation of patent applications: prior art searches and drafting.
• Support the competitive patent watch.
• Prepare first drafts of responses to official actions and support opposition proceedings.
• Contribute to freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses.

Main activities

• Conduct patent landscape analyses and report to the R&D teams,
• Support the preparation of patent applications: prior art searches and drafting,
• Support the competitive patent watch,
• Prepare first drafts of responses to official actions and support opposition proceedings,
• Contribute to freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses.

Your profile

• Completed or ongoing Master's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
• Patent law training (CEIPI “brevets d’invention” or equivalent) ongoing, planned or completed,
• First exposure to patent databases (Espacenet, Orbit, Patsnap…) is an asset,
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigour and strict confidentiality,
• Fluent in French and English.
