Responsibilities

• Teach novice students theory and practice in Pastry in line with pedagogical and EHL values.
• Prepare teaching sequences in classroom.
• Oversee weekly student follow-up and progress.
• Contribute to program development and dessert production.
• Manage a group of students in the workshop.
