Qualifications

• Brevet Fédéral, BTS, or Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional pastry experience, ideally in a Michelin‑starred establishment.
• Strong interest in teaching and ability to convey knowledge to diverse students.
• Excellent command of French and English (C1 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Teach pastry theory and practice to novice students.
• Prepare teaching sequences in alignment with pedagogical values.
• Oversee weekly student follow-ups and participate in program development.
• Contribute to production of desserts and pastries.
• Manage a group of students in the workshop.
