Job summary

EHL School of Practical Arts in Switzerland invites an experienced pastry professional to join our team as a teacher. You will train students in pastry theory and hands-on practice, aligning with our pedagogical standards and values.

The role includes preparing teaching sequences, supervising weekly student progress, and contributing to program development while producing desserts in a collaborative workshop setting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Pastry, ideally within a Michelin-starred establishment or equivalent.
• Interest in teaching.
• Ability to share knowledge with students from different backgrounds and cultures.
• Excellent command of French and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Teach novice students theory and practice in Pastry in accordance with pedagogical values.
• Prepare teaching sequences in the classroom.
• Oversee the weekly follow-up of the students.
• Participate in the development of the program.
• Contribute to the production of desserts and pastries.
• Manage a group of students in the workshop.
