The Opportunity

This role is focused on the commercial development of our partner ecosystem in Switzerland. You will own and grow relationships with existing partners while acquiring new strategic partnerships to expand our reach and deliver innovative Worldline payment solutions through partners to customers.

You are the trusted commercial lead for our partners, responsible for creating and executing business plans, enabling partner-led sales, and ensuring strong go-to-market outcomes. Working hand-in-hand with technical, product, and marketing colleagues, you will deliver measurable value for both our partners and our customers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Partner Portfolio Development: As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of technology and business partners in Switzerland. You will drive business development across the existing partner portfolio, identifying new opportunities for joint growth, strengthening relationships, and increasing the value delivered to customers through our ecosystem of innovative Worldline payment solutions.

New Partner Acquisition: In addition to growing existing partnerships, you will lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of new strategic partners. You will build and articulate compelling business cases to onboard new partners who complement our payment solutions portfolio and align with our go-to-market strategy.

Solution Sales & Go-to-Market Execution: You will develop and execute joint business plans with partners to deliver Worldline’s innovative payment solutions to customers, building strong value propositions and driving co-selling and joint GTM initiatives. Your experience in solution-based sales will enable you to help partners position our offerings effectively and accelerate deal cycles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Experts, Product Management, Marketing, and the broader GTM team to ensure partner priorities align with business goals. You will lead the commercial aspects of partnerships, while collaborating with technical counterparts to deliver robust, scalable payment solutions to the market.

Performance Management & Reporting: Monitor and report on the commercial performance of partners, analyzing pipeline, revenue contribution, and market impact. Identify areas for improvement, innovation, and investment, ensuring continuous growth and alignment with our strategic objectives.

Partner Enablement & Marketing: Ensure partners are commercially enabled to position and sell Worldline’s payment solutions effectively. Support the creation of sales materials, joint campaigns, and go-to-market programs that drive demand and visibility. Lead joint business reviews and workshops to plan, execute, and optimize partnership performance.

Market & Ecosystem Insights: Stay attuned to the Swiss partner ecosystem, including payment trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments. Share actionable insights to inform our partner strategy and help shape market-relevant offerings.

  • Demonstrated success in solution-based sales with the ability to craft compelling value propositions and support partners in driving customer adoption.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, market trends, and partner feedback into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing joint business plans, executing co-selling motions, and delivering go-to-market strategies through partnerships.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) for managing partner pipelines, tracking performance, and driving data-informed decisions.
