We’re currently on the lookout for an experienced Partner Manager to join our team of around 100 employees in Switzerland, with subsidiaries in Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, and Egypt.


In this already-established role, you’ll report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.


Tasks

As Partner Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and evolving Adfinis’ partner ecosystem in alignment with the company’s strategic goals and values.


By building and fostering scalable, revenue-generating partnerships that support Adfinis’ growth in key markets and enhance its market position, you’ll directly contribute to our success.


You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Leadership teams, and engage with vendors, service providers, and integrators to maximize mutual value.


Your tasks and duties will include:



  • Executing and refining the partner strategy in line with business goals

  • Managing and growing relationships with key partners

  • Resolving partner issues and escalating when needed

  • Keeping internal teams informed with partner updates

  • Representing the company at partner and industry events

  • Planning and executing joint go-to-market and marketing initiatives

  • Reporting partner KPIs to executive management

  • Supporting integration of partner solutions into offerings and projects

  • Coordinating partner training, certifications, and enablement

  • Managing partner records, activities, and contracts


Requirements

Experience and Expertise



  • Experience managing commercial partnerships, preferably in an SMB IT environment

  • Familiarity with Open Source principles, technologies, trends, and ecosystems

  • Ability to organize multi-stakeholder initiatives across marketing, sales, and technical teams

  • Understanding of contractual structures (e.g., partnership agreements, distribution models)

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and partner management platforms
