Job summary

Stableton Financial AG is seeking a part-time role supporting the sales team. You will own data groundwork, keep CRM accurate, build and qualify target lists, and prepare client-facing materials.

We are a tech-enabled firm that embraces AI tools to speed up repetitive work. The role is not an internship, requires commitment for at least six months, and offers hybrid work in Zurich or Frankfurt.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program at a leading university in Switzerland or Germany.
• Prior internship in financial services or fintech.
• Available 40-50% alongside studies, in Zurich or Frankfurt.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.
• Right to work in Switzerland or Germany; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update client-facing materials and presentations
• Support the sales team with analysis and document work
• Support prospecting by building, researching, and qualifying target lists
• Maintain and improve CRM data quality, including deduplication, enrichment, and consistent record keeping
• Take on ad hoc requests across the team as they come up
