Job summary

Stableton Financial AG is seeking a part-time operations assistant to support our fund operations and structuring teams. You will gather account statements, log data into our database, and perform structured clean-up tasks to keep records audit-ready.

We expect a Bachelor's degree, active Master's studies, at least 50% availability, and a six-month+ commitment. Strong Excel skills and fluent English are essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed; currently enrolled in a Master's program in finance, economics, law, or related field.
• Previous audit, banking, or financial services experience is required.
• Available at least 50% alongside studies; hours are flexible.
• Ready to commit for at least six months.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with structured data.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather account statements and log them into our database.
• Work through structured clean-up tasks to bring fund records to a consistent standard.
• Support the team with recurring documentation and filing work.
• Take on ad hoc requests across fund operations and structuring as they come up.
