Job summary

Swiss Life Asset Managers seeks an ESG Data & Reporting Analyst – Infrastructure Equity (50%) to support data collection, validation and reporting across Swiss-focused and international mandates. The role emphasizes ESG data handling, KPI calculations and the use of Excel and digital platforms.

The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of working with structured datasets, and able to collaborate with ESG, investment, asset management and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong data handling and analytical thinking.
• Experience with ESG data and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG data collection across portfolio companies and ensure timely submissions.
• Review and validate ESG data, identify inconsistencies, and maintain audit trails.
• Maintain ESG datasets, KPI calculations and reporting files using Excel and data platforms.
• Prepare recurring fund and portfolio-level ESG reporting (SFDR, AMAS, client reports).
• Assist in improving ESG data platforms, templates and reporting workflows.
• Identify opportunities to standardise and automate data processes with cross-functional teams.
• Support ESG due diligence, portfolio monitoring, RFps and fundraising questionnaires.
• Contribute to cross-portfolio ESG initiatives and internal materials.
