Job summary

Swiss Life Asset Managers is seeking an ESG Data & Reporting Analyst to support the Infrastructure Equity team. This 50% role focuses on ESG data collection, quality assurance, and reporting using Excel and data platforms.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in ESG or sustainability data, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across functions, coordinating with investment and asset-management teams. German and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in ESG, sustainability reporting, or data management.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with structured datasets.
• Attention to data quality, consistency, and completeness.
• Ability to manage recurring processes independently.
• Good written and verbal communication across functions.
• Familiarity with SFDR or AMAS is helpful.
• Background in finance, investments or private markets.
• German and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG data collection across portfolio companies.
• Review and validate ESG data; investigate inconsistencies.
• Maintain ESG datasets, KPI calculations and reporting files.
• Prepare recurring fund and portfolio-level ESG reporting.
• Support ESG data platforms, templates and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate data processes.
• Provide data and reporting support for due diligence and fundraising questionnaires.
• Contribute to cross-portfolio ESG initiatives.
