Position Overview: We are seeking a service-oriented specialist (m, f, d) to support the legal and operational execution of fund transactions.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure smooth legal execution of transactions in Fund Operations.
2. Guarantee timely and efficient investment execution in funds.
3. Complete and close transactions in a legally compliant manner.
4. Manage legal-administrative documents and regulatory processes (KYC, FATCA, CRS).
5. Collaborate on legal risk mitigation throughout end-to-end operational processes.
6. Coordinate with internal and external parties involved in transactions.
7. Handle external compliance requests.
8. Assist in optimizing departmental processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• KV, HF, Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal certification.
• Experience as a Paralegal in banking or asset management.
• Interest in fund business.
• Knowledge of onboarding, KYC, FATCA, CRS compliance, and VSB.
• Customer-focused with strong analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, initiative, reliability.
• Flexible, resilient, discreet, and communicative with high interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English.
