Job summary

NDT Capital Partners in Steinhausen/Zurich region offers a 3-month Founders Associate Intern role focused on business development, strategy, consulting and marketing. You will work closely with the founders and gain exposure across investments, client-facing activities, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Background in business, finance, technology or related field.
• Fluency in German and English; French or Italian is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools to increase efficiency.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Availability for a 3-month paid internship starting in 2027.
• Openness to work in Steinhausen/Zurich with hybrid arrangements.
