Job summary

NDT Capital Partners in Steinhausen/Zurich region offers a 3-month Founders Associate Intern role focused on business development, strategy, consulting and marketing. You will work closely with the founders and gain exposure across investments, client-facing activities, and strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring a background in business or finance, fluent German and English, and an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset. Hybrid work is possible, and the internship is paid.

NDT Capital Partners is an independent, owner-led asset management boutique founded in 2018 and based in Steinhausen, Switzerland. We specialize in systematic investment strategies and provide consulting and advisory services to wealth managers and family offices.

The Role

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will gain exposure to different areas of the business and take ownership of projects from day one. Your work will focus on business development and outreach, strategy and consulting and marketing.

Requirements

• Background in business, finance, technology, or a related field
