Roche seeks a senior leader in Packaging Technology Strategy to bridge innovative development with global manufacturing excellence. You will shape the industrialization and long-term management of Roche’s packaging portfolio, ensuring robustness, scalability, and alignment with PT's objectives.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, oversee technology lifecycle decisions, and drive efficiency gains while fostering a culture of innovation across Global MSAT, engineering and site teams.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive leadership experience across cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in manufacturing and packaging technologies and standardization.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and ICH guidelines.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and develop strategic approaches.
• Excellent communication and synthesis of complex issues.

Aufgaben

• Lead the strategic roadmap for Finished Goods/packaging technologies aligned with long-term objectives.
• Interface with global MSAT, Engineering and Site Manufacturing to align innovations with standards.
• Define technology lifecycle milestones and re-evaluate standards as needs evolve.
• Represent packaging technology needs in senior governance forums and board discussions.
• Identify innovations and translate them into actionable projects improving robustness and sustainability.
• Oversee pilot projects and scale technology standards across networks.
• Provide leadership coaching across Global MSAT, engineering and site teams.
